Walkabout Workshop is a company specialising in the mobile service and repair of trucks and trailers. Our mobile vehicles are stocked with most parts needed for any job. All parts can be sourced. We can meet our customers where they are, or we can utilize our workshop facilities to accommodate any vehicle.
Walkabout workshop was established in early 2016 noting a need for mobile truck and trailer servicing and repairs.
Since then we have established ourselves as a preferred service provider to a number of large national companies.
As the market has changed we have turned to specializing in trailer repairs and servicing.
We do still offer truck servicing and have a number of customers for whom we service yard shunter tugs. Predominantly Daysworth and Terberg.
Our speciality is trailers and all our technicians are suitably qualified and licensed to maintain, service and repair all brand of trailers.
These include, air-conditioning, auto electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and air systems.
We are also licensed Knorr-Bremse, Wabco and Haldex EBS systems service partners, as well as Razor and NRC Industries Service Partner.
